About The Event

This is an online Taster for a  "Mindfulness for Stress for People of Colour, pilot 8 week course, based on the esteemed Brathworks course: 

This is a 8-week programme based on 3 hours per week of group work, guided meditations, presentations, mindful movement and homework assignments.  It will explore the process of bringing awareness to the body to facilitate lifelong tools which become second nature.

This course is set over 8 Saturday’s from 

Session 1: October 2nd

Session 2 : October 9th 

Session 3: October 16th

Session 4 : October 23nd

Session 5 : October 30th

Session 6: November 6th

Session 7: November 13th

Session 8: November 27th
