The Mindfulness Network for People of Colour is presenting a series of guided meditations, talks, and discussions on issues that matter to the development of high awareness and consciousness. Most importantly, how to engage in racial love and embrace the things we cannot change; and welcome and awaken ourselves to the things which support us. For many, these practices are the groundwork for belonging. The MNPC is a not for profit based in the UK. We are all volunteers from the top to bottom and endeavour to create programs that blend traditions and practices from around the world, particularly from ancient traditions and wisdom. Please support us by purchasing a membership or giving a donation. Subscription is free to our 'Youtube' Chanel. Forgiveness in 3 directions

The Mindfulness Network for People of Colour is presenting a series of guided meditations to help us understand our relationship with difficult people or situations. Most importantly, how to engage in racial love and embrace the things we cannot change; and welcome and awaken ourselves to the things which support us.

For many these practices are the groundwork for belonging. In this guided meditation we explore the 4 stages of forgiveness - directed at oneself, a benefactor, a neutral person, and a difficult person or situation.
