Our journeys are mitigated by many seen and unseen circumstances, many of which we can't control. In particular grief, pandemics, war, social injustice and the increase in global prices mean we are experiencing unprecedented levels of stress and crisis. This requires extra measures of attention to our bodies and to each other. Our Breathespace community gatherings are designed to give you the pause, nurturing rest stop for the next moment of your journey. With tools, you will be able to develop better lifestyle choices, deepen your connection to your body, and build self-care and compassion practices.
Our 'Brethespace Community gatherings' include presentations, discussions, break-out rooms, exploration, healing, and community centred around our relationship to, with, and between, our bodies. Community mindfulness gatherings with MNPC are aimed at establishing a sitting practice, a sense of 'Belonging' and Community building; to share simple mindful practices for people of colour that enhance self-regulation, grounding and resilience through community and belonging. We are committing to focusing on the continued cultivation of sitting practice with an embodied transformation at its centre.
In this session, we have 2 gifted individuals sharing their wisdom. We are committing to this new focus of continued cultivation with an embodied transformation at its centre. We are learning what all that means to cultivate a love for this practice; and will be sharing more as we go. We are made for these times both the challenges and the need for connecting.
