Grief Universal Ritual - Home-Half day retreat

With special guest Richard Edwards, Director of the mindfulness initiative, Film director James Murry White and Caroline Lucas former Green party MP
A ritual-based workshop and a combination of Western psychology, song and Qi-gong. Through our loving community we acknowledge our collective losses, through song, dance and movement. A space designed by people of colour, with an invitation to our allies and those who are ready to accept this shared journey. A grief ritual with an invitation to a scared journey and understanding our collective journey.
