There can be no other single most important aspect to the human condition then our sense of belonging. Kinship is stewed with a sense of identity, attachment, and even how we conceive opportunities and to how we grieve and let go. For many people a healthy sense of belonging is indicative of their resilience, levels of trauma and also opportunities for planning life. In this day long workshop fused with mindfulness and sound energy healing, we use ancestral healing to work though the narratives which held us back. Together we venture to explore techniques and practices to take us back to the ‘original ruptures’ , those moments of execution, loss and abandonment.

Having a sense of belonging is so important, considering the groups and labels we give ourselves and others.  Nearly every aspect of life is centred around belonging. We cannot separate the importance of a sense of belonging from our physical and mental wellness.  The social ties that accompany a sense of kinship are the protective layers for helping us to understand trauma and our ways into aliveness.

This is a workshop designed to offer a journey of self-discovery and transformation. This intensive deep process is devised and led by skilled psychotherapist and retreat leader and sound energy healer William Fley and Andrea Roye to help you let go of old wounds, limiting beliefs, ancestral baggage, and painful past experiences. During this day retreat we will be looking at the inner child, and the future self in these powerful transformative practices. You will have access to group sharing, breathwork, visualisation, restorative rituals and brain rewiring techniques.

Enquiry questions?

Can you recall the moments of collision which directed your sense of identity and safety.

Fundamentally what have you carried long enough which you wish to let go of ?

“We have designed this time for you to move fluidly between group workshops, embodiment practises, one to one therapy and individual treatments.”
