YARDO organises mindfulness & counselling-based wellbeing programmes that are designed to be enjoyable, affordable and life-changing.
Our courses range from one hour to eight weeks long, with opportunities to try meditation, counselling, outdoor Tai Chi (Dong Sticks) or psychotherapist-led support groups.
Most of our courses will help to reduce stress, anxiety, depression or the impact of health challenges. You should also increase self-awareness, self-esteem and positive relationships with others.
Our Facilitators are accredited professionals, chosen for their clinical excellence and their ability to work skillfully and respectfully with people from all economic, cultural or religious backgrounds. You'll be in safe hands, especially if mindfulness or counselling is new to you.
